With Jason as our guide and Julie as our chef, I feel like we could not have made a better choice for our Montana fishing trip. You know you are with the best when you are catching fish constantly and everyone else on the river is not!

On a scale of 1 to 10, Julie’s cooking is a 14! But one need not worry, because with Jason’s guiding skills, you will be catching enough trout to burn off 1,000 calories a day! This Lodge is the perfect combination of fantastic lodging facilities, great food, excellent guiding, and a real family feeling! I will be back!

I have been to many places with top notch guide services, lodging, and food. TroutChasers is one of the very few that excels in all three areas, but the thing that makes it stand above the rest is the “dynamic duo” of Jason & Julie. I’ll be back again and again – don’t change a thing.

This was my first time fly fishing and first time in Montana, but it won’t be my last. Jason is a great teacher and guide; Julie’s cooking made want to come off the rivers; the lodge is perfect, and the scenery can’t be beat. I am hooked on fly fishing thanks to TroutChasers. We are already planning our return trip. Everything was professional and first-rate, yet comfortable and personable. Great job!

Favorite breakfast: Ham & Potato Bake – oooh. Favorite fish: Slippery Cutthroat caught on dry fly under the sparrow cliff lagoon. Favorite backyard: this one. Favorite float: Upper Yellowstone with Jeff working the beautiful banks. Hardest working couple: Jason & Julie. Most hats: Julie.

My son David and I had a fantastic time at your Lodge. This was the first time fly fishing for both of us, and we found the experience to be wonderful. The facilities at the Lodge are welcoming. The food fantastic. I look forward to coming back.
