The Lodge

Welcome to the lodge

Your Gallatin Valley getaway.

When you’re craving a few days away or a week filled to the brim with fly fishing fun, TroutChasers Lodge is just what you’re looking for.

The diamond of our thirty-acre property, TroutChasers Lodge has a large and welcoming great room complete with a fireplace and plenty of comfortable seating. Next door is our dining room with windows looking out to the photo-worthy Gallatin Mountains, the gardens from which we harvest much of our produce, and our stocked pond. If you feel like having some fun, we invite you to shoot billiards or play darts with your family or other guests. If you’d prefer to cozy up in a chair and scroll social media, free WiFi is available.

Lodge guests also enjoy fresh, made-from-scratch meals. At breakfast, you’ll enjoy the best breakfast buffet in Bozeman, with hearty breads, hot waffles, fresh fruits and more. If you’re headed out for some fly fishing with one of our guides, you’ll have a picnic lunch waiting for you—sandwiches and chilled salads for hot summer days, or delicious soups for chilly days in spring and fall. And in the evening, start your meal with light appetizers, end it with a decadent dessert, and enjoy two full courses in between.

And what about our guest rooms? The good news is that we have three beautiful heated and air-conditioned options within the Lodge. The bad news is that it’s darn hard to choose between them.

The Yellowstone Room

This ground level room is a favorite for those who love to wake to a beautiful view. A south-facing patio door opens to a seating area perfect for morning coffee, as well as easy access to our backyard and trout pond. Inside, there are two queen beds along with a private bath as well as a kitchenette with a coffee maker and mini-fridge. There’s even a large writing desk for you to use when sending letters or postcards to family back home or send a few emails on your laptop.

Amenities

The Madison Room

Sleeping either two or four, the Madison room is one of our most comfortable. Like our other rooms, it has a large flat-screen TV with satellite channel offerings, facing two full beds perfect for snuggling up on to watch a movie. Windows face south, providing easy views of our flower and vegetable gardens and back yard. The Madison features a private bath with a full shower and tub, with soap, shampoo, lotion, and a hairdryer all provided for your convenience.

Amenities

The Yellowstone National Park Room

It’s no secret why we get rave reviews for the second-floor YNP Room—it’s truly spectacular. Wood ceilings with heavy team braces soar high overhead, while a
corner brick cove houses a wood-burning fireplace. Stroll into the en suite private bath and you’ll find an oversized soaking tub and shower, perfect for relaxing after a day on the water.

West-facing windows allow views into our side yard and look out onto the Gazebo and fire pit. This spacious room includes one king and one full bed.
